Moderation Feed brings every flagged post, comment, and message into one real-time, centralized view. Whether flagged by users or detected by AI, everything appears together with full context, jumping between tabs, chasing context, or losing track of what needs action. With advanced filters and instant tools built in, your team can moderate faster, smarter, and all in one place.
New Way to Add Context When Reporting Community Content

Community members can now provide specific context when reporting content by selecting a predefined reason or writing a custom one. This ensures moderators receive actionable context immediately, enabling faster responses. The feature is supported on both SDK and UI Kit.
Report Reasons Now Available for All Message Types

Report reasons can now be added to all message types including text, image, file, audio, and video. This applies across Community, Private Community, Live, and Broadcast channels. When a user reports a message, they will see a list of predefined reasons and an optional text field when selecting “Others,” ensuring moderators receive clear and actionable context.
Translate Messages to English Directly from the Console

You can now translate messages to English directly in the console. This helps moderators and support teams understand messages in other languages without switching tools or leaving their workflow.
