New user insights are now available in the Console to help admins identify top contributors and understand member impact. These automated ratings provide a data-driven view of how users engage and how their content performs.
- Contribution Level: Users are automatically tagged from Very High to None based on their frequency of meaningful actions, such as creating posts, writing comments, and reacting.
- Content Quality: This rating evaluates the average performance of a user’s posts, with levels ranging from Excellent to Broken. This helps admins identify users who drive the most value, regardless of their posting volume.
Community managers can use these insights to filter and sort user lists, making it simple to surface high-performing members or identify those who may need moderation or support.
