We have expanded our video infrastructure to support the full lifecycle of live content, from initial scheduling to real-time broadcast management. This update introduces tools for building audience anticipation, managing collaborative streams, and increasing platform-wide visibility.
Event Scheduling and RSVPs
You can now coordinate live events by allowing users to track and commit to attending before the broadcast begins:
- Scheduled Events: Create events in advance so users know exactly when to tune in.
- RSVPs & Reminders: Users can opt-in to attend an event. The system will trigger reminders to ensure attendees are notified when the stream goes live.
- Public Discovery: Livestreams can be set to "Public," allowing them to be discovered and joined by any user on the platform.
