Inactive User Management and Bulk Deletion

Admins can now download a complete user list directly from the Console, including the last activity date for every account. This self-serve export makes it easy to identify inactive accounts and manage community usage without relying on API workarounds. By surfacing these insights, teams can more efficiently bulk delete or manage inactive users to maintain platform health.
