What are the different types of notifications available on the Social+?
Social+ offers preset notifications for the following events:
- When there is a new channel
- When the user joins a channel
- When a user joins a conversation
- When there is a new message in the user's channel
- When there is a new message in the user's conversation
- When someone creates a new post in the community
- When someone reacts to your posts
- When your post has been approved
- When your post is sent for review
- When someone comments on your posts
- When someone replies to your comments
- When someone reacts to your comments
In addition to these preset notifications, Social+ also supports real-time events through webhooks. Through this, you can also create custom notifications for events that are not in the preset notification list. Please refer to the Social+ API documentation for more information on how to customize notifications.
